I left for Cuba in the midst of a cholera frenzy and return to a hurricane watch. People in camps are being told to go find someplace else to be for a couple of days (heh). This is surreal. I've checked the forecast on several sites and still haven't found one that doesn't have Tomas as a category 1hurricane tracking through Haiti. When do Haitians get to wake up to happy surprises? How about a lifetime supply of clean water? Hot air balloon rides for everyone?
I'm having a party on Saturday. Don't you dare crash it, Tomas. Don't you dare.
