The other night, I felt the need for a nightcap on the terrace and without even thinking about it, I fell into an amazing, splendid, lovely hot toddy:
1 part very good tequila
3 parts hot water
1 tsp honey
juice of 1/2 a lime
I don't know if it was the Patron Silver that made it so good but I could quaff the stuff. I slept like a baby.
