Sweet Mickey just officially won the election! This after all the NGO info collected at the Karibe pool yesterday definitively (and worrisomely) said "Manigat".
It's LOUD outside with happy honking, happy gunfire, a few fireworks and a stream of people running down the hill in front of my house to Place St Pierre where the election commission office is.
